Leg Raises
Leg Raises are a fantastic exercise for targeting the lower abs. To perform them, lie flat on your back with your legs extended straight and your hands by your sides for support. Slowly raise both legs towards the ceiling while keeping them straight, then lower them back down without letting them touch the floor. This exercise strengthens your core, particularly the lower abs.
(Back-Friendly Version)
For a gentler version of Leg Raises, bend your knees slightly as you lift your legs. Alternatively, perform the exercise with one leg at a time, keeping the other bent or on the ground to reduce pressure on your lower back. Focus on engaging your abs without straining your back.

Leg Raises Steps:
- Lie flat on your back with legs extended straight.
- Engage your core and raise both legs toward the ceiling.
- Lower your legs back down slowly, keeping them slightly off the ground.
- Perform 3 sets of 15-20 reps, resting in between.
